Why Sebastopol?

Nestled among the vineyards of Sonoma County is the small, charming town of Sebastopol, CA. Home buyers looking for real estate in Sebastopol should know that the town lies on the wetlands of Laguna de Santa Rosa, home to beautiful wildlife and vegetation. To the west, the Pacific Ocean is only twenty minutes away. And to the south, San Francisco is less than an hour's drive. Once known for its thriving orchards of Gravenstein apples, the town now plays host to several vineyards. In addition, there are many great restaurants for wine enthusiasts.

Along with a strong public school system, Sebastopol also has private and charter schools for parents to choose from. 90% of the population is white, and only 7% of the population is below the poverty line. With a small population of less than 10,000, and a low population density as well, Sebastopol makes for a quaint, relaxing community. Nice houses in Sebastopol can be a commodity, but your dream home is worth looking for. To learn more, contact a Sebastopol real estate agent or mortgage brokers.
